Meaning of the CRANE:

A crane is not only beautiful,
but has a traditional meaning:
For a long time the cranes
(Japanese Tsuru / ぀ る / 鶎)
in Japan are known as symbols for a long life.

There is accordingly the saying:

„The crane lives a thousand years, the turtle ten thousand years / 鶎 は 捃ćčŽ, äș€ は 侇ć莓.

Therefore, cranes are used as a symbol
of „long time“ or „eternal“.

  1. Thank you very much. I do not know that much either. I’ve got some solid grounding through the years.

Japan has a very long (!) and wonderful history and tradition.
I think that’s very, very interesting. I’ve always been interested.
East but also very hard to learn for Europeans.
